Small businesses and entrepreneurs (SB&E) form one of the pillars of our society- a pillar that is being eroded. Quality marketing is an essential factor in buttressing SB&E. Even when small businesses are exceptional in their craft, the lack of quality marketing stunts their success. If they do attempt to market, the quality of the agencies they can afford is poor, their prices are high, and their attention is scattered. We want to solve that problem.

We'll pay you to become an outstanding marketer, doing real work, on real companies.

We have three companies to apply marketing to right away - remodeling, roofing, and a tax saving software that is being launched. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with owner and serial-entrepreneur, Nethaniel Ealy. And you will be paid to learn how to be a master at the craft of marketing.

You'll have full access to targeted learning from experts who have actually done what we want done, like Alex Hormozi, Joe Polish, Ray Edwards, Jay Abraham, and many more. These courses, books, and materials run the gamut of marketing - sales, copywriting, branding, social media, videography, direct mail, marketing strategy, offers, etc. If it’s part of marketing, we want you to learn it.

What is the work like?

During the first 30 days we will be assessing your learning and work daily. 

If at any point there is a misalignment of core values or performance you will be released and we will pay you pro rata.

First 30 days:

  • Absorbing the mission and vision of each company

  • Learning about the short and long-term objectives of each company

  • Drafting a 90-day marketing plan in collaboration with Nethaniel

  • Collaborating with Nethaniel to create mutually agreed upon daily and weekly goals

  • Meeting or exceeding the set goals

  • Goals will be sprints of education followed by direct application

  • Proactively communicate with Nethaniel, or assigned team member, on a daily basis

Next 60 days you will be expected to:

  • Continue to execute the 90-day plan

  • Develop systems, schedules and processes to follow

  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to accomplish goals (SEO, Video, Copy, Mail, etc.)

  • Create a dashboard to track actions and results

  • Proactively communicate with Nethaniel, or assigned team member, on a minimum of a weekly basis

Beyond the first 90 days and General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports each company's core values and business objectives

  • Lead the development and execute core-value aligned marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media, while prioritizing simplicity, clarity, exceptional customer service, innovation and creativity

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and report on ROI, while promoting a culture of results and accountability

  • Lead and collaborate with a team of third-party marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the extended team is aligned with each company's core values and committed to achieving excellence

  • Constantly compare third-party deliverable results with expectations. Seek out, test, and integrate new providers as needed

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics that align with the company's core values

  • Develop and execute social media and content marketing.

  • Create graphic designs, videos, and other marketing materials as needed.

  • CRM set-up and management

Requirements:

-Unimpeachable character. Whether seen or unseen, on or off the clock, you live by the Golden Rule.

-Core Value alignment. You must embody every core value. 

-Come "batteries-included". If you are not self-motivated, don't apply. Self-direction and accountability are essential.

-Able to self-teach. We will point you in the right direction and equip you. You will need to rapidly absorb and apply material. There will be coaching, but no hand-holding.

-Be gifted in strategic thinking, clear communication, and organized collaboration.

-Care deeply about the mission of being a hero to small businesses by elevating them through their marketing.

-Have an abnormally high level of attention to detail, the ability to take quick action, and an artistic eye.

Compensation:

-$30k starting salary. This may be reassessed according to results. 

-Over $10,000 worth of marketing training courses, with the ability to purchase additional training material as needed.
