After our client’s previous contractor abandoned their project, we stepped up to design & build a high quality deck & entryway for their home.
Our clients reached out to another local contractor to install a new deck and replace the siding on the front of their home.
After stringing along the homeowners for months and receiving advance payment for most of the job, they abandoned the project and left the homeowners with a poorly built, unsafe deck and a home that was stripped of siding in the middle of the winter.
We stepped in to remove the partially completed work, help our clients feel comfortable working with a contractor again, and design and build a beautiful and functional new deck and entryway.
Frameless glass railings surround the deck, giving a great view of the city of Moscow.
Minimalist hardware helps the railing blend in to the background.
The new entryway made smart use of a stone trim material.
The client’s previous contractor purchased a stone material that is intended for trim use, hoping to use it across the entire front of the home. They abandoned the project, leaving the homeowners with pallets of trim material that weren’t appropriate to use as siding.
The homeowners loved the material and wanted to incorporate it into their design. We sealed the back of the stone and build a surround around the entryway where the material would be safe from the elements. The rest of the home was completed with vinyl siding to match the existing, and cedar shingle siding painted blue.
